Hello Special Reader!
Thank you for your time curiosity. I am a French Immersion Kindergarten teacher who LOVES TO EAT. But, it's time for some self-control. I think I found a way to eat well without feeling deprived.
Tomorrow is Day 1 of Week 1 on the One3One Method by Chalene Johnson. Last week was Prep, and I allowed myself a bit of leniency on carb intake. If your curious about One3One check out my intro video here:
I think tracking and journaling my progress with help keep me accountable. I will also be posting on Instagram if you're interested in picture of what I did NOT eat when tempted to do so!
